beefBeing farmed in pristine locations in New Zealand ensures that the cows stay free from diseases and sicknesses. Our beef is 100% grass fed (the food God intended cows to eat) and free-range. We also ensure freshness by grinding our beef daily for our patties.

Our piggies are 100% natural and are fed a local feed of barley, wheat and mountain mineral water. They hardly fall sick, reducing the need for antibiotics and medicines.

poultry

We use fresh chickens which are farmed free of antibiotic and growth hormones. The chickens are also given the freedom to move around, not cooped up in battery cages. Happier chickens leads to better tasting products.

fish

We use the WWF’s Seafood Guide when choosing our seafood sources. Our seafood are farmed or caught in waters free of contamination and water-borne diseases. The less antibiotics the seafood takes in, the less antibiotics are passed on to us.

We have developed more than 2000 recipes over the course of 3 years, with most of our recipes tried and tested not only by ourselves but also by over 10,000 people who have done cooking events with us. Our menus are inspired by the people that we have met before and we thank God for this wonderful opportunity. For us to have the chance to interact with them, understand them better and gain honest feedback about our food, that is invaluable, and something most chefs may not have the opportunity to do.
